How to apply
A simple process for applicants using a phone or computer.
- Find a vacancy and read its requirements and deadline.
- Create an account and verify your email using the link sent to your inbox.
- Complete My profile: contact details, education, professional qualifications, experience, memberships, referees and hobbies & interests.
- Use My documents to upload your CV and supporting PDF, JPG or PNG files. Select a document type and, for certificates or experience evidence, the related profile entry.
- Open the vacancy, choose Apply and review your details, documents and supporting statement.
- Confirm the declaration and submit. An application number is your confirmation; a saved profile alone is not an application.
- Return to My workspace to check your applications.
Current CH employees
From My profile, choose Verify your employee access. Enter your employee number, then enter the verification code sent to the company email on your active employee record. Enter the code in the same recruitment account that requested it; your sign-in email does not need to match your company email.
Complete your profile, upload your CV and required supporting documents, then submit your application through this portal. You do not need to email a separate application.
Required documents
Application letter; updated curriculum vitae; copies of academic and professional certificates; national identification document; and contact details for three professional referees.

Safeguarding
Coalition for Humanity maintains zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, abuse of power and other safeguarding misconduct. All employees must comply with CH's Code of Conduct, Safeguarding and PSEA policies during and outside official working hours. Any breach may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment. Successful candidates may be subject to appropriate background and reference checks.
